All depends on when our house in the UK sells. Could be 8 weeks, could be 8 months. But it can't come soon enough!!

I have just come off the phone to my lawer in Hurghada who has told me not to sign my contract and certainly not forward any money as it is not safe. In a nut shell property hotspots are named as the first party selling the property but they DO NOT own it and there fore simply can not sell it. I have also asked about the private beach and I am advised that there is not one. Can any one shed any light on this please?

It has been advertised that we are able to use Dream beach. And we even asked the agent. I will ask that question again and hopefully get it in writing. I think there was a problem with who owned it, but its supposed to be sorted now. Will have to ask. I was excited aswell, because I have just sent me reservation money off!!

this tottaly **** talks believe me , if you answer lyndsay question yes then you have to read previous posts on the forum, the beach is yes you have the use of it and its correct100% that you get a member ship for dreams beach with the annual maintenance fees you pay

They will own it once the construction work is completed and it has been handed over to PHW.

Regency Towers doesn't have a private beach but it does have the [I]use[I] of a private beach, 2 actually. Dreams beach and once it's completed Regency Beach beach.

I would love the person who put the post on to come back and add a bit more info.

PHW haven't got back to me yet, but Wayne asked him a while ago about the use of a beach and he assured us we would have it in writing. We not to bothered anyway because we have always prefered a pool and only go to the beach now and again and when we use to own a jetski. But I am a bit concerned about who owns Regency Towers. Wayne did however say it had been resolved. We will see hopefully when I recieve an email.

Its quite normal in Egypt for registration of ownership to be left until a project has been completed; so if you do a search before then you could find a different owner recorded. This doesn't mean that there is necessarily anything wrong so just see what Andy's reply is. Lyndsay has already had this explained I believe as she and her husband asked exactly the same questions.
