We did Peter and are more than happy. I just thought it would be good if Andy could come on and explain it, rather than people just taking my word for it.

Cheers Peter
We were feeling really good about sending off our reservation form etc and then you look on here and someone says something you wasn't expecting, it makes you think twice and puts you in a bit of a downer, until you check it out. But its good in a way, because there might of been problems you hadn't thought of asking about. So its ok.
Anyway thank you

Hi Just got off the phone from PHW and Chris has advised me that they do own Regency Towers and we definatley have use of Dream beach! Also asked about me metal beds and he will ask Andy for me. I would also like locks on the top of the cupboards. Did you have to pay extra for that? And Lyndsay I supose your gonna have to have a bank account in egypt because of living there. I would prefere to send the money for bills etc from here. But don't know how it all works yet.

I have just applied for an HSBC account in Egypt online, so I'll let you know what happens.

My bank charges me £20 everytime I transfer money abroad. We might be able to pay PHW directly via their english account and hence avoid the bank charges but I'm not sure yet.

I think we will probably move a few thousand over into our Egyptian account and that should cover everything until we move over.

The building was supposed to be finished last September but has had problems due to electrics and a variety of other issues I feel there is still quite some work to be done, and considering nothing on the roof yet think we are in for a long wait.

The problems as far as I know have now been resolved, but in "my opinion" I can not see it all done by next month, as PHW suggest but you never know.

If you ask the Dreams Beach concerning this membership they say that they know nothing about it so it would be interesting to see the information concerning this.

Concerning registration it can not be done until the building is deemed complete so I suppose its a case of watch this space for the meantime, it is my understanding that the building is not solely owned by PHW but PHW own the/some apartments hence the confusion surrounding this but again speak to PHW who will be able to give you the correct information in case I have some of it wrong.

Dear Egypt if you have the connection toDreams beach as you say who told you that they have no idea about this so would you give us a formal paper with this feed from them and upload it to the forum here as this talk just confused people with out any proof, and to tell you in client orientation we visit dreams beach and they welcomed us so this what you say is totaly against our experience, I just don't understand, for not opened the building its almost done and already some owners live inside so only restaurant not opened so thanks for feeds we hope you can confirm your talks
Regards

I have been speaking for more than an hour this afternoon to the lawyer representing PHW clients, Phillip Morris from LAW. I have never known a lawyer to be so thorough. You can be absolutely certain that before he got involved he has checked out the legalities of the land purchase, the contracts and will stay with you right until registration. There can always be delays but in the long term Phillip is there looking after YOUR interests. Before he agrees to work on any Development he has visited Egypt, checked out the land contract and every stage of the planning process and he is totally INDEPENDENT of the Developer. You are in safe hands.

Hi,
Finally they have recieved my res form, money etc!!! And yes I will be getting the beds we wanted and the bath etc!!!! But we did forget to ask for locks on the top of the cupboards. Don't like to ask that question now as we have already put in so many requests! Oh well we're all excited now! I keep checking flight prices incase we need to get out there quick sharp! No good deals as yet for august, and don't think there will be. So will have to take kids out next year, give time to save. LOL
