They organised fridge stocking and I just emailed the client's shopping list. No extra charge apart from the client paying the shopping bill. They organised the cleaning and laundry which I paid at the time it was LE14 per hour for cleaning. There was no other charge. They would accumulate the bills for laundry and cleaning and I would pay when I was in Egypt. Laundry was next to nothing but I did loose a lot of towels.

I am not sure if this service exists in Hurghada. If not then there is a massive market for it.
Yes, I know some one offering this service in Hurghada. A couple originally from Yorkshire that have relocated and now live in Mubarak 7. They also own their own holidays lets, so have a good grounding of what is expected. Wife does the cleaning, shopping etc, husband the airport pickups, so all done to a high standard.

I think there may be a family in situ in DP1 that are offering a service also.

I thought they might offer this service in El Gouna but so far haven't heard of anything like that for the thousands of apartments/villas in Hurghada or Sahl.

I'm sure everyone who's buying for investment purposes has already made arrangements for sorting this out...........haven't they?

i think WWD and visit-hurghada Premium Overseas Property Rental from visit-hurgada.com are going to be offering something similar and there is a couple in DP1 offering the same service.

Hi,

There is a company in Hurghada called British Home Solutions, run by 2 british people. They set up due to this demand and leaving your property in trustworthy hands.

They will pick your client up from the airport, key hold, stock the fridge with basic groceries on arrival, leave a welcome pack, pre-arrival/after-departure and interim cleaning and visiting the apartment, they deal with maintenance and other things all completed by british people to british standards. My friends that use them reccomend them highly.

Not sure if were allowed to post telno's on here but i can get it should you need it.

As to who would manage the rental side, i would reccommend advertising it with many different real estate companies in Hurghada and becoming familiar with the local UK bars and dive centre's here. I have friends and have personally rented brits properties out here. For a long term let you need to get the residents who simply can't afford high rental costs due to the local cost of living (dependent on location)

Hope this helps

Sounds interesting!

Do you know how much they charge for the property maintenance package?

I think the maintenance is costed on a per job basis. It is done by an english handyman, but with cheap labour...
