Gold Sharm Residence

Im flying out to Sharm on 2nd July, to complete the sale of my 1 bed apartment in block A6. After reading posts on this site I have been seriously concerned, I have been in contact with the developers and my agent from GIP4u, and numerous other agents selling gold Sharm. feedback so far has been very positive. I'm trying to keep an open mind til I get out there. I bought in 05 when the project began. my one bed is 80 sq m, and am planning to re market whilst im over there. Im hoping to get a minimum of £40Kfor my apartment, which I think is a bargain

The developer is currently trying to sell smaller aparntments on the complex for alot more, not sure if im being realistic with the problem that have been on site.

You could ask my colleagues Amr and Mostafa of GIP4U to give you a list of other clients that bought. A concerted effort of buyers (your future neighbours) may push Gold Sharm's new owner to at least finish something you can use.......

I'm new to the forum but been in Sharm many times and moving here once I sell my house to be with my Egyptian husband.
I have friends in Sharm who have given me lots of advice on buying furniture once i get there.
At Rowystat there is a furniture factory which makes furniture for really cheap prices. They do kitchens as well.

I'm coming in July for a week and we are going to price their furniture to get a rough idea how much we'll be to furnish our future apartment.

I have looked at Gold Sharm and so glad i didn't buy, but the reason was that i didn't think it was worth the money and the kitchen area was so small. Good luck to anyone having troubles there.

I was last in Sharm in February this year and looked round Gold Sharm. I was told it would be finished in Sept this year. I looked at a couple of apartments but didn't like the small kitchen. And i thougt thier furniture package was too dear.

If you go to Rowastat at the back of Gold Sharm there is a factory there where they make cheap but lovely furnniture. I saw some of their stuff in an apt in Delta sharm and they had completely fitted out a bedroom for under £300. that was for the bed, 4 door wardrobe a dressing table and two bedside tables.

there is also a town outside cairo that does it even cheaper and would deliver it to your apt in Sharm. But im sure there are a lot of furnture shops in Cairo that would have cheap stuff. I find the furniture packages way too expensive. One apartment i looked at in Carlton resort owned by Egyptian Reality Group was lovely but they were charging up to £11.000 for a package.

If you get in touch with Pioneer Property at Viva Mall they maybe can tell you when it will be finished. They are an English company. 002 069 366 5575

No i haven't. I didn't like the lounge. Thought it was too narrow and the kitchen area was too small. I know there will only be two of us but I still like a decent size kitchen. I think that more new builds now are going for the separate kitchen.

Hi,
Im Debby and are in the final stages ie.last payment due on an appartment in Gold Sharm.
Im due to fly out next week although its not even ready.Any advice or help please.
