yes thank you i have been following it for months but didnt relise i could join in......thought it was for business people, silly me as for the thread and pics, well they have been one step ahead of the property agent and so have been very helpful. In fact months ahead.
So at the same time had me worried as it seems the agent maybe getting details second hand from here, why would they?
If its to be finished by july 31st like they say then again it worrys the me last pics we saw the place was see thru. now a brezze maybe very welcolme but not whilest im taking a shower, thank you very much.

Hi - thought I would introduce myself - 1st post etc. I have been looking and reading the forum and its posts for ages - and loving it! Quite addictive!
Anyway - thinking of buying in Egypt but just looking at present - credit crunch etc!

Forums like this are great - people hover around looking and then finally - they register. I agree that they can become addictive but the information that is passed around is unique - where else could you get a prompt response to answers.
Please keep up the good work - and I will continue looking on here!

Hi anokay!!- glad you've started to join us. Are you buying in Egypt?...or somewhere else...or not yet taken the plunge? Even if it's 'no' please feel free to keep posting. You don't have to have bought property anywhere to have an opinion or show an interest and we happily welcome all new members.

Agreed forums can be addictive which is one of the good things about being a moderator. I've got the best excuse for being on this one all the time!!

Hi Linda - yes have been looking on here for a while. It amazes me how many good developments there are - and when you think you have finally found one - yes, another one comes along. Have not taking the plunge yet - but Hurghada seems to be always pulling me - if you know what I mean.

Well at least you know what to expect, I on the other hand, I have not even set foot in Hurghada yet. I have been up the Nile twice and had a day in Cario, thats all ive seen of Egypt........so i really hope i like Hurghada because i saw the property on-line and thought as i cant afford the likes of spain etc this would be a nice beginning to buying abroad. A friend once commented that Hurghada was like Lowestoft, only with sun.........well that suits me.
