Hi Sue - yes all done and dusted. Met the Agent and developer on site on Sunday completed paperwork, paper mainenance fee and elec and water meters and was handed keys - yippppeeee. Just waiting for the furniture to be fitted and cant wait til we go in October to use it for the 1st time xx

hi im steve and ive been looking at this forum for months and found it very useful and have now joined , i live near stone in staffordshire with my wife louise and two boys mark (22) and tom (18). We have brought a two bed apartment in El Andalous early last year and just want to know if anybody has got a definate date when we can leave these desperate shores and move in. Thanks Steve

hi just found this thread, i am pretty new to forums and its a little bit confusing, doc bobs the name ( sounds good that) been travelling to egypt since the days of the sheraton hotel only recently bought something though i have never actually thought about going on a forum. i have been reading a few threads, sounds like you have a good little community hope you accept me as part of it. thanx
