I too check out the France forum on occasion as we plan to buy there in a few years, I started an introductions thread there actually, so if you feel like introducing yourself, feel free to do so Have to agree, the Egypt forum certainly is the busiest and most user friendly.

Yes this forum is very busy and we are a friendly bunch. Alot of properties are still very affordable in Egypt and the prices are rising unlike here in the UK. We bought a year ago and the same apartments are being sold off plan for nearly double what we paid 12 months ago. I completed a couple of months ago and have been fortunate to use it twice already and we have booked flights to use it over Xmas.

Dear Friends Its me George Finally back to this great forum, whom may not know me as been away for long time, My Name Is George 31 Year Old, Married and Have a 3 months Old Daughter Called Jenifer, I Have my own company in Hurghada have following department: Marketing, Design, Printing, Internet solutions, and since 18 Months i established my Real Estate Business.

Thanks Seloua business here sure is down as all the world but still people coming to buy and invest in Egypt, a friend of mine who understand how it realy works bought 2 properties one in hurghada and one in sahl hasheesh and he thinking to buy another one which amazed me, he told me he was saving money in bank in Uk and after so many years he found the money less 12K less than what he expected so he decided to take this money and buiy property much beter as he keep his money value, property value here is stable not going down and he rent out his properties which makes him good money so sure its best way to invest money

great news, at least our investment in hurghada is worth it, i hope it will be easiier to rent it out though, because now peple are tight and travelling abroad would be costly, my apprtement will be ready in december, i checked the flight for a family of 6 is out of reach, i wonder how people can afford to travel, but at least i am happy that we managed to secure a something, money flies so easily...good luck to all investers...
