Welcome back!! We have brought the apartment on Regency Towers and have been over for a week in September, my daughter is over there at the moment for a week. We will be over there again on 8th December for a week, so if you are not doing anything one evening, maybe we can meet up for a drink.

hello, my name is Margaret but my mates call me Maggie i,m 62 i live on my own since my husband died 15 years ago i have 3 children, 10, 1/2 grandchilden and this is first time i have done anything like this so a bit nerves but every one sounds really nice and given out loads of info which i needed as i was getting a bit stressed about buying furniture in hurghada as i wanted to buy my own stuff instead of the furniture packs, my apartment will be ready dec 2008 /jan 2009 in regency continetal 1. once again thank you everyone.

Hi Maggie & welcome to the forum. Most of us here are already doing or have already done the same as you so there is plenty of good advice available.

There is more choice of furniture available in Hurghada now; two years ago and you had to go to Cairo for it. New shops are opening up all of the time. You just need to find the time to spend here and to talk to a few people who can point you in the right direction.
