Sheets and pillow cases are definitely better bought in the UK; best of luck.

Hi Maggie - lovely to have you on board - wow 10 and a half grandchildren - I have alot of catching up - have 3 children but on 1 grandson and hopefully no 1/2s on the way lol!!

Eversince I was about 16 I always imagined that when I retired I would have my own little place in the sun and dangle my wrinkled, thread vein legs in the pool. Now Im living the dream - ok without too many veins and wrinkles as only 43!!! You go for it girl.

I agree with Peter ref bed linen etc. I bought some lovely, very good quality Egyptian towels in T G Hughes along with Egyptain cotton sheets that were cheaper and better quality that I could find in Egypt as they export the better quality. I must say though that the pillows I got in Sharm were of very good quality and you can choose the thickness, filling, cover etc. I also got some very good quality and good priced bed linen sets from T G Hughes for £15 single and £20 double.

Our company is involved with a number of off plan and completed properties in Hurghada and although I am new to the forum I have benefited from your collective experiences for sometime!

I think the best part of a forum like this is sharing experiences, knowledge and importantly posing questions that may have traditionally only have been answered by the sales agent or developer. I have visited Hurghada on a few occasions, I very much enjoy my time over there and I am dealing in Hurghada property daily; as such I am in quite a fortunate seat and I am more than happy to help where I can.

Hi Simon welcome to the forum; the Egypt section was started around 20 months ago and has grown to be one of the most visited sections of the entire forum, behind only Dubai. This shows the interest in the Middle East in General and Egypt in particular as a destination for property buyers, whether Lifestyle or Investors.

HI, Ailson thank you for your email sorry to take so long in getting back but what with flu and xmas shopping and doing 2 jobs well need i say any more ha, yes i,v got a lot of stuff to take to Hurgada when i go out there but hopefully i can get a flight from my local airport ema.my sister was coming out with me but she can,t go till after the 19th jan and i,v got to sign for the apartment before the 14th jan i want to buy a bed as soon as i get there to save me staying too long in a hotel even though i will have to stay in one for about a week. nice to talk to you and i,ll let you know how thing are doing. take care x maggie

Hi Queenie,just thought i,d say hi to you and every one just read the posts all 64 pages of them and i noticed no one seems to have brought in regency continetal only regency towers so if there is any buyers of regency continetal out there i would love to hear from you i,m surpose to be going to hurghada jan/feb hopefully to buy furniture and if its ok to meet up with other buyers in the Bull as i read thats where you all meet up. well hope you all have a very merry xmas and a very happy new year.
