other cleaning companies use most of the time Egyptian workers. Not to offence anybody, but most of the time the work is done not properly (at least not after a while)
the German dust busters family of each other, two women and two men.

Dear GM
You didn't see other companies work to Judge Egyptians, in Each country there is people do good job and others do bad job and with no offense if these Germans are so good why they didn't succeed in their own country and established a company there

If these people have bought homes here in Hurghada that would suggest that they have been successful from where they came from, although property is relatively cheap here, it still has to be paid for and if they have children they have to pay for private education which is not a cheap commodity.

I think if you were to speak to most people about the locals ability to do any job you will find that they will have been disappointed to say the least. I peronally have very seldom got what I have paid for by using the local workforce and often have to get them back time and time again to do the simplest of tasks and then resolve myself to the fact that whatever they have done will just have to do.
I try wherever possible to use local workers but they do test you on a regular basis and are very unreliable and mostly not able to do the work they promise.

If they say that they are coming on Tuesday make a note in your diary for sometime on Saturday and then be prepared for them to turn up with no equipment for the job in hand and try to borrow your tools to do the work and if you do not have the tools they will say that they are going away for 5 minutes to get tools, expect to see them the following Thursday if at all.

So good look Germany with your venture we need people who are reliable and can produce a service as advertised.

They have obviously realised that there is a demand for this service, as have other european companies, and it shows by identifying a demand that people are not satisfied with what is on offer from local companies.

Dear Danny

The People I always use do the job perfect and always on time, sure there is some who don't do the job well but it doesn't mean you come from a foreign country equals perfect and professional i think in Europe as well there is people do good job and people don't do a good job, I been here for 8 years and number of real professional people come from Europ is not much, may be recently with some expats coming from Europe yes but as i say not all people are good and not all people are bad so shouldn't make a rule on a nationality

Well you are blessed.

From my experience and the experiences from every other person I have come into contact with, apart from you, I have rarely come across anyone satisfied with local workers and many times when I do get reccomendations they are for local European companies.

Perhaps we are too demanding and should accept poor reliability and shoddy workmanship.

You only have to look around other threads to read the stories of local workers sh*&"ing and P155ing everywhere in owners apartment to test your theory of how good the local workforce perform and their stance on cleanliness.
