Hi Nuttybird,

I agree there has been some negative incidents in Egypt but there are other places in the world a lot lot worse. The way to overcome this is to get family, friends going over there and coming back with positive memories. Thats what I plan to do when my apartment is ready.

This year hopefully people will kickstart media interest in such a great country.

Regards

Default Telegraph Article

I stumbled accross this article this morning . I think its dated 16/2 .It seems quite recent anyway . There are a few innacuracies (ie El Gouna is not South of Hurghada) . Apologies if it has been posted before.

It an interesting article, it always surprises me how such a large organisation such as the Telegraph can make such big mistakes.

Just shows if you are looking for experts on Egypt property the best place to get the correct information is through Egypt specialist, your own research or through
forums such as this.

Default Egypts battlefield becomes resort site

Hi all found this today

Egypt's battlefield becomes resort site | Tourism and Hospitality

I believe that this area is Northern Egypt on the Med coast - about 60 miles West of Alex and 150 miles Northwest of Cairo.

When I heard that Zoe Dare Hall had been in Hurghada and written this article I contacted her and sent her a copy of Nick Pendrell's book; its a shame she didn't ditch her article and just quote from Propertastics guide! It would have been far more accurate!!
