hi .. was not budgeting coming over till handover or coral sea pearl, but thats not to say that i dont want to but i do!!

were going through a period of chaotic transition at the moment!

we have also just spent the wifes redundancy money on a deposit for pearl vista..

if we can get over before, we may do it ..anyone who can offer a 1 bed apt for rent very cheaply would be great!

Hi Vix - Wghosh is right. The apartments on my development have increased twice this year already 10% in Jan and another 10% mid March. So after our initial cash discount we have made nearly 10k already since October. Cant be bad.

Hi all, didn't realise so many people where actually relocating. Makes sense for me to do the same really. Much easier to fly from Egypt tp Dubai, than from UK to Dubai for work purposes, esp. as I can not afford to buy in Dub. So will almost def. be looking for a 2nd purchase, providing I can find a development which allows pets.

Hi Vix,

Regency and Iraida allow pets as long as they are not in the communal areas and they don't make a nuisance of themselves ie locked in an apartment barking all day.
