Hi there

We are looking to buy a place in Nabq and another just outside Naama Bay now, then add a property every two years from 2009 for the next 6 years and then retire - sell up in the UK and buy a bigger place for us to live in in Sharm from the equity from the UK house and live off the rents from the other four apartments bought in the past four years. So this is the first step to retirement.

That's the plan anyway.

We are in Wallington, between Sutton and Croydon. We have only been to Sharm twice but loved it both times and property is so cheap.

I read the article about buying out there by Zeiad and was going to email him asking for him to be my lawyer to act in this instance. The agent has recommended someone but all I have is a name?

Hi George - congrats to you and your wife - is the baby definite a girl?? Mine are called Cerian - pronounced Kerry - Anne - Welsh, son is called PJ which is short for his fathers name P for Paul ( my hubby and his dad ) and J - John which was his great grandads name hence Paul John - PJ - no one calls him Paul they all call him PJ. Youngest is just plain Amy Im afraid as Paul wanted a short name and we couldnt think of anything shorter than PJ!!!

Hi Darren - no way cant believe that, we are in Leatherhead so not too far from you - about 20 min drive!! You cant go wrong with Zeiad. Not only does he constantly give free advise here but he acts only in your best interest, answers emails more or less straight away and his English and knowledge is spot on xx

Why so long between the two - it wasn't because the process took two years to recover from??

Have you been renting the current property out and if so holiday lets or long terms lets? The agent I am talking to is saying long term lets bringing in £450 per month for a two bed apartment in Nabq - is that realistic?

There are just so many questions ........
