yes using developments like these as stepping stones is a good idea. thats what we are doing and frantically trying to work out ways to buy another.

by taking selective informed and unbiased advice is the way forward.. we have this and now our aim is to try and make most of this opportunity.

everyone is welcome in this forum .. its a good place for tirades whinging and for shaing property experiences.. i am a master of all three lol
