Hi Everyone

Just got back from a week at B.R had a great time met some very nice people it was the first time in my apartment and all was well..except for low water prssure in kitchen.

The pool was fab i was a bit concerned as to wether they put anything in it to clean it ...the answer is yes i seen them putiing white powder in every night and then someone cleaned it in the morning...so no worries there.

Warning

I took some friend to the valley of the kings etc..the company we used didnt go with the convoy and we were stopped by the Mafia and forced to take a 1 hour drive through the dessert . Because the operator wouldnt pay them to use the road, a lot of people on the bus found this very scary but i dont think we were ever in any danger however, the doors were locked and we were told to close the curtains on the bus.

We did use the convoy coming back and the journey went without a hitch m friend were ok

Later when we came back we spoke to the police they said it was just the operator trying to cash in and do more trips outside convoy times .....so if anyone books a trip and it leaves at 2:30..am..you know it's not with an escort.

Still had great time, great sunday roast at the winking frog and a new Indian, opening next door in the next few weeks ...we also tried the Lebanese...food very nice service first class..the usual show whirling durbish ..belly dancer and a guy singing ....no idea what about but didnt sound to bad ...the place was full which is always a good start.

You can book excursions with easyjet activities online...

easyjetactivities.com

Just go to the above link and select hurghada then all the trips come up... I have never used this before I just noticed it the other day and thought it looked good and good gbp prices...?

Has anyone used this before?

Hi Chriscross

I think it might mean the British Resort another development behind DP1/DP2 CSP developments.
