Buses in Egypt

Hi all

Sharm operates very cheap and reliable bus services by East Delta bus company, Superjet and El Ghouna company for transport.
These buses are the cheapest way for travelling outside Sharm

East Delta tel 069 3660 600/666

Buses to Cairo depart from Sharm daily at 7.30am, 10.30, 11.30, 12.30, 13.30,14.30, 16.30 and 17.30 priced at LE45 each way.
They also operate 3 in the evenings from 22.00, 23.0 and midnight priced LE55.

Superjet 069 3661 622

Buses to Cairo depart daily from Sharm at 10.30am, 13.00, 15.00 ( this one continues on to Alexandria ), 17.00, 23.00 and 23.30 LE 70 to Cairo and LE 90 to Alex one way.

El Ghouna - sorry no number - all these buses leave from the bus station which is by Diar El Rabwa residential compound - come out of Sharm towards Hadaba ( not airport ) and it is on the right.

Buses to Cairo departing from Sharm at 10.00, 13.30, 14.30, 17.00, 19.30, 21.00, 23.55, 01.00 and 02.00.
Buses to Alex depart 14.30 ad 21.00.
tickets VIP LE 65 and 1st class LE 75.

One tip though is dont sit by the toilets!!

Anyone know if there is a bus from Hurghada to Marsa Alam and where and what time it departs? My friend's from my old dive club in the UK have been on a liveaboard trip all week and their last night is on shore in Port Ghalib. Taxi is LE350 each way plus hotel is quoting a lot so I can't justify the high cost.

Thank you These times quoted wouldn't be suitable as they are travelling overnight. Unless they have put on more services since then. I have tried calling all the bus companies and bus station but they are either engaged or don't answer. Would I expect anything else
