I'm Italian, living in a beautiful place.
My area is undiscovered. People are buying, building in the South of my region but not nearby where I'm.
Here, it's all almost free.
I'm a translator working with a building firm and with two engineers.
We have lands to sell and so on.
My dream is to see my area developped.

Calabria is absolutely gorgeous and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, although whether it is up and coming is another question - it is lest for investors and more those who want a quality overseas property.
