Default French investment property - not leasebacks

Hi today we have taken on 25 plus developments that are for French investment. ie. people who want to buy for investment, 1 or 2 units.

These are not for big end buyers, as the banks will not finance big investment buyers in france now, only people who have a job not related to owning property and renting it out.

The financing available to small buyers, 1, 2, 3 units max is 80% loan to value. These are new properties and have rental guarantees. Not leaseback property. Freehold property.

If you want to be in touch please do so via PM or website. Thank you.

France is considered to be one of the most in need of property in the whole of europe, it can take up to 9 years to develop property in France, there is considered there is a need for 1.000.000 properties in France, and there is good financing available. Safe, secure with good rentability. A strong safe investment for buyers.

Default property for sale in France

Hi,
I am selling a property in France as you will see if you look on this site. On Saturday, on the spur of the moment at a friends suggestion I listed my property on ebay.fr, to my surprise within 24 hrs it had been viewed over 300 times and I had 15 e-mail requests for further information, but the most surprising thing of all was that when I talked to these people via e-mail they were all French and not investors but ordinary people looking to buy a home, they all refered to the new tax laws brought in by President Sarkozy, this stunned me , because from everything that I had read any surge in property interst by the French was not expected to take place until next year at least.
France is an excellent place to invest in property, and from the upsurge in interest property prices look to rise. I am now thinking twice about selling.

That is interesting, it is surprising the internet is becoming the real market place over the physical locations of high cost central locations for alot of research and information finding. It would be good if other ebay sites gave good results, I may try with some of my clients properties, with their permission of course.

Linda, Thanks for this information, it is really interesting> Although we have been hearing a lot about the Sarkozy laws it is difficult to get an idea on how effective his reforms will be for the French property market, this is good on the ground info!
