Berlin: English speaking Architect/Structural Engineer needed

HELP!…….After weeks of scouring websites and trips to Berlin I’ve just taken the plunge and made an offer on an apartment in Berlin. The yield is extremely low but there looks like there is good capital growth in Charllotenburg (I hope!)

I’m currently desperate to get hold of a good English speaking solicitor, architect and structural engineer, could anyone recommend someone they have used??? Also the property will need planning permission to extend into the loft, does anyone know how to obtain planning permission would I need to contact the local council??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
