Default Ebay Property in Germany

Hi,

I have been watching item number 270179100354 on Ebay and I wondered what you experts thought would be a maximum speculative bid on it considering you are buying without seeing the condition.

Thanks.

Jay

Default ebay

Hi Jay,

I would be very careful,
1. the fee is usually 3.5%
2. I would never pay a deposit just to secure a property in germany (Letter of offer + proof of funds)
3. you have to go to the notary in person to sign if you don't you own nothing!
4. people who rent the property are almost impossible to evict in germany
5. try looking on the german property sites there are thousands of properties like this some cheaper
6. get advice, there are a lot of german con men! - just like the uk

regards

willy01

PS which areas are you looking for?
