Angry buyers and agents beware

I would tread warily with these guys as Platinum developments haven't reimbursed their deposits to some investors in the Promorie Sunset resort. When Platinum took over the project, a three way contract was signed between the investors, Platinum and the Dutch company who was in trouble. Platinum promised to return the deposits of those investors who chose to pull out as their building/apartment wasn;t being built.

Well, three years on and we're still waiting - Platinum are holding back close to 250000 euros and about 20 investors are affected. This is shameless and untrustworthy of the company. They are now trying to fob people off by not giving straight answers and re-directing them to a solicitor in Bulgaria whom no-one can get hold of.

Go in with your eyes open!!!

For more info you may also want to visit "my bulgaria info" site and look under "MY BG Forums" and "OFF PLAN Property".

Default Broken Promises, Unfulfilled Promises, Meaningless Promises

I would suggest you read on this website the forum on Sunset Resort, a project taken over by Platinum Developments some years ago, before you sign up to any agency agreement.

In spite of the promises, assurances and reassurances by Platinum Developments over a period of more than three years, the original investors in Sunset Resort, formerly known as Pomorie Golf & Beach Resort, are still waiting for their money back from Platinum Developments (hundreds of thousands of Euros).

Would you really want to sell property for an organisation that continually breaks its promises?

Default Agency with all necessary licenses to sell property overseas

I would like to add our agency to sell platinums products as well as several other builders we have collaborated with.

However our company expects exclusive deals on the majority of products we promote as we specialize in property investment we have been very succesful with the emerging markets.
As my Director has looked into Platinum and has no found that thier teething issues were a thing of the past.

Default Platinum Developments

If you believe in all the Platinum promises, then go ahead and do it.

And may your God go with you.....

This is something that is going on now, not in the past, so they are clearly not over there teething problems. Though I wouldn't call it a teething problem - its a fully functioning company that lied to people and ripped them off.
