What is the law regarding the tenants. Is there company that specialises in renovation, rentals etc. Is there a thread that has more focus on india.

Safrica,

Condolences and congratulation. Renting seems like a lot of work. So is finding reliable agent in Mumbai. Maybe sell the lot and invest somewhere else? Gujarat for example. My friend farther runs construction company in Baroda. From what I heard it`s easier to deal with property there. I also have some nice investment properties in UAE and Egypt coming soon. If you need further advice do contact me and if I can I will assist.

Regards,

Alex.
