Am thinking of buying here, have already put down a reservation in Egypt and am thinking of Goa or Rudrapur as an investment through NavyRoof.com

They sent me a draft brochure of there goa development, looks amazing.

I live in a resort in Goa, and will be visiting Sharm in a few weeks to look at purchasing an apartment there.

Do you live in India? If not, and you have any questions on resorts in Goa I will certainly try to help.

yes, you are doing right thing by investing in Goa. This is an international tourism destination, has been favourate destination for most of the international tourists. Here you can get what you want for money. I nean youy get the value for your investiment . You can buy a property even plot , you can even invest in other business. But, you need to buy according to the rules and regualtions of the Goa developers.
