I am not sure abt how much the prices will fit to my budget w.r.t my requirements. moreover, my primary liking is "land"- 1 ground

well with the budget you can't an residential land in and around in Chennai. As you know that it is one of the metro politan city in India, even it has been one of the major software place in India, due to all this reasons the prices of land has increased abruptly . I advise you to buy a plot instead of land.

I totally Agree: you are realistically looking at 35Lakh for a 824sqft apartment in HPG-Chennai
