In fact, this area is better in terms rental yield. One Residency is a brand new luxury condo and will be completed in March 2009. We know that there have been few transactions done at about RM750 per sq ft. The rental rate of the surrounding condos is in the range of RM4-RM6 per sq ft for partly-furnished, and RM6-RM9 per sq ft for fully furnished.
