Unfortunately I can't say that I agree, upon visiting the development I was disappointed by what I saw. We can all have wonderful DVDs created but the reality was something less attractive for me Im afraid.

This is in fact the development that I have purchased on. I have recently returned from another trip there and still feel that this project has the best to offer in the region. I am always welcomed at the site and the constrution is on schedule which is always nice to see.

I bought through the UK main agent, helpful and informative, although I do get the impression that the Malayian way of life is fairly laid back and questions sometimes take a while to get answers from the developer. I will be making my third payment soon (10%) and I should really be arranging the mortgage but its having the time to sit down and go through the forms.

Banyan Curves is bad news. We have bought one unit and wish we hadn't. The sales lady in Dubai, where we purchased all but disappeared. Last time we had a correspondence from her, she was very short and discourteous. We have been emailing the sales office in Malaysia to get a statement of account, or at least to know how much more we owe and when the payments are due. But we have no response from them. This is not the first time either. Last time we had to chase after them for 2 months to get a statement of account. And at the end all we got was a ' a payment is due now' email. No SA!

At a time when there is so much economic crisis world wide and people are backing out of their contracts all over the world, the least they could do would be to give the people who have already committed themselves and are trying to make their payments on time, give better service and communicate with them.

I do wish that we hadn't purchased in Banyan Curves. we get no service from them, and that's with us trying to make payments on time. I can only imagine what their service will be like after the project is finished.

They are supposed to rent the property after its finished and give us 8% of the income. That will be a nightmare as well, I'm sure!

i have 3 units at sepang and can say the customer service to date has been excellent.

Emails are answered within 24 hours, progress billings and statements are very professionally and timeously presented and in these uncertain times when everybody is finding it difficult to meet payment cycles - the team at SGC have been very helpful in helping investors with various options to meet thier payment schedules.

such customer service and flexibility is a refreshing and welcome change in these difficult market conditions.
