For those of you who have purchased on the Paradise Beach & Golf Resort (PBGR) you will be happy to hear the building license for the development was granted yesterday, people who reserved on this development back in May 2006 have been waiting 12 months for this, ive been advised building work should commence in June, lets wait & see..

Its appears as though the site plan for PBGR has changed, I obtained the new site plan earlier this morning, those people who have reserved on PBGR should receive signed copies of contracts soon along with revised site plan, some people do benefit from new plans however so may not, the most noticable difference is in the Villa's it looks as though only 30 were sold & thats the amount they are building not the initial 100.

I see there is a lot of talk on Marks forum about site moved/plans changed etc. how did you get on with your reservation, all work out ok?

hi, yes the site plan has changed, ive e-mail the latest version to the administrator (bob) to post here...

a very good investment as all licences are now in place & work has commenced, people have already made a good return on their initial investment.
