Profit figures at foot of P20 in your brochure are incorrect for scenarios with 7.5% and 10% HPI. (Circa 70k Euro outlay hasn't been deducted.)

Couldn't see any maps in brochure that showed where development was. (Map of Marakesh had 3 arrows, but not clear which, if any, were for the site.)

Is this this next to the Samanah development round the Jack Nicholaus course? Doesn't do any harm being next to million euro villas.

One negative I will add is that I have read one or two posters on the forums saying negative things about the owner of the building company involved. These weren't investors, but employees who had not been paid. (At least they said they were former employees in their posts.)

Soup Dragon - thanks for your posting. Yes, the figures are incorrect, we are currently in the process of amending the brochures - well spotted!
In terms of location - they are North of Marrakech. If you PM me with your email address - I'll forward an email to you with a Google Earth map of the Garden of Fedala locations in Marrakech.
Our relationship with the developer is very robust. We have taken stock of approx 300 units in the last 6 months and we expect this to be alot more in 2008. All commissions have been paid on time.
