Hi Investor 27,
Sorry I recieved your message but couldn't reply.
I have beeen in touch with Saffron who said I should have received an e-mail about the web site being down, but I haven't. I asksed them to re-send, but theyhaven't.
I am getting very worried now.
For Ben Jones to say it has planning permission to secure investment is utter balls, excuse my French.
Kind regards,
Stu

The e-mail they are reffering to is as follows:

Dear Sunset Beach Clients,

On behalf of the developer, we would just like to inform all our clients that the Sunset Beach website, http://www.presidentdevelopment.com/ is currently undergoing technical difficulties and so will be offline for a short period of time. The developer has assured us that this situation will be rectified very shortly.

We do apologise for any inconveniences caused but please do not hesitate to contact us for any queries or questions you may have in regards to the Sunset Beach Development.

Thank you for your co-operation.

All the Best

Saffron Villas

Hi everyone

Just to keep you up to speed, I have been in contact with Saffron who after an ear bending from me asked for a telephone conference with President developments. After the conference Ben from saffron contacted me and explained that Pres did not understand the upset of not keeping the website upto date etc. One of my many questions to Ben was that President have an obligation to keep there investors up to date with the build and to keep to deadlines set out in the contract and so far this has not been the case. Ben said to give them a chance to come back with some firm answers of how this build is to continue and time scales involved so my advice to everyone concerned is to start ringing Ben Jones at Saffron tel 01635255942 after 18th of feb and start putting pressure on Saffron to get some answers.

All the best Lee

Hi Lee,
Funnily enough I contacted Saffron yesterday to find out what was going on as was told that a show flat would be available from Feb 09.
My response that the MD was hoping to have a meeting with President Development by the end of Feb to try & firm up on buildiding progamme.
My main complaint is that no one keeps us informed about what is going on & no one updates websites.
Regards,
Stu

Hi All, ive also been in contact with Ben with regards to the Sunset Beach Development, my main concern is in relation to the actual development being firstly completed & secondly to the specification stated.

Did anyone else watch Watchdog on Mon 9th Feb? It showed how many people had been caught out with buying off-plan in Bulgaria, the development is completed to a poor spec, no water or electricity, the sales agent then does not want anything to do with helping the purchaser & advises the contract is between the purchaser & developer... & then where is the developer? - nowhere to be seen!

Lee & Stu, im assuming you've now both paid the 40% deposit & we should be getting regular updates, feedback & some assurance this development will complete to the spec detailed, lets all try keeping in contact, im happy to advise of my e-mail address & put pressure on the developer to provide this info, feel free to reply back to this note or PM me.

Anyone else who has reserved on Sunset Beach & would like to join us in getting updates / aplying pressure PM me & i'll setup a mailing list, sound ok?
