5 Year Rental agreement....

Hi guy's back again, this 5 year rentak agreement is it like the french leaseback, (ie) where you give them your property for 5 years and maybe you get 2 weeks out of the year.

I ask because I'd rather spend winter months out there myself, say 3-4 months, I know this would affect the net amount received but what I'm asking if I choose to keep the winter months will they still rent it out for me or would I have to rent it out myself.
