Hey Guys ,

I was just wondering a question to all the investors . Do you all think it is even possible to make 10% R.O.I in long term rentals in Morocco ???

you can depend on the area where you have invested on if Casablanca i will say Yes.

i have a good contact with the developer of Sunset beach Casablanca which i invested there
my self ,very good location near Mazagan and building starting in the next few weeks, you can still buy off plan up to now.
if you are interested let me know.
