Buying property in Morocco and avail Tax Benefit

I am considering buying in morocco and curious if anybody has used this approach?

That?s seems to be the only way you can leverage the tax benefits of investing in morocco?

Any pointers as to which is the preferred location for setting up the company/bank accounts etc. appreciated

I don't think you can get around the taxman as you'll have a capital gains/income tax liability when you repatriate funds. The only way it will work is if you are planning to live abroad.
