Does anyone know why Property Showrooms no longer advertise the Azur Developments: Greens and Fairways in Saidia?

Mark. Property showrooms are still acting as agents for The Greens - click here. On their site they sequence the properties by price, and you need to get to the second or third page before you see The Greens apartments. Rgds David

This seems to be more agents for individual units. They no longer have or at least I cannot find, the big advertisement where they provide a full development report, with Overview, Development, Location, Image gallery, Finance, FAQ and Resources. Similar to IPIN - Members Only Page. Register Now For Free.

Can anyone tell me if there is a metro stop coming in The Greens? I've heard there is one next to Madison Res (Deyaar) which is opposite in TECOM. Is this correct? Any info would be helpful..

Btw- when is the metro going to be up and running?

Hi there Elmondo, we have purchased on the greens and i phoned Azur today just to get a rough estimate of what was still owing.. i was expecting around 70 grand to still be outstanding.. anyway, turns out its nearer 103 because of the exchange rate (was around 16 when we made our initial deposit but is at 12.4 now - though i am told around 5.5 of this 30 grand increase is vat which we were expecting) but still, 25 grand increase.. am i the only one worried about this..
are people pulling out/trying to sell on early because of this..

Hi
We have purchased on The Greens Block 6.
Dismayed re final payment in Moroccan Dirhams as
all other payments made in sterling so may not
be able to complete as no extra money, did not
require mortgage as funds available so if told could
have converted money immediately. Is anyone else
under impression that final payment would be in sterling.
