Thanks for the info gatremonti,
Where would you recommend for an investment within Cape Verde and why?
Also what are the prices like at the moment, lets say for a studio apartment?.
Just trying to get a feel for investment to see what brings an investor to this region.I understand the Climate is a big crowd puller ,it would also be something I may look at.I have heard most of the Islands do not have much local development at the moment eg supermarkets ,shops etc

yes i do but then again its an all year round season. It not on any hurricane belt. I have lived in spain and let me tell you it gets nippy in Winter and spring in the evenings and night. Imagine if it was the perfect climate? Beats Bulgaria and Turkey hands down. The island is tiny (sal). Far less competition when selling. The government have a very clear simple strategy and wont make a mes of it. It has strict building density laws and wont end up like the above. It will become an island full of adventures, Golf, marinas, adventure holidays etc. I can see it becoming a huge hit with ex pats.
