Default Tunisia is up and coming.......the new dubai or morocco?

Hi all

Tunisia is definitely up and coming. There are 2 main projects doing the rounds at the minute. Le Voilier which is still very PRE RELEASE and is not backed by any due diligence or in any psition for reservations at the moment. The better option is the Dunes Golf and Spa which has full due diligence, predicted rental yields of between 10-14% and prices from just 20,000GBP (approx 26,000€).

Tunisia can offer some fantastic reasons to buy:
  • Low property prices
  • High Rental Yields
  • Dubai developers investing heavily
  • High rate of growth
  • Low rate of inflation
  • Most stable country on the continent
  • Very cosmopolitan society
  • Modern thinking nation
  • Excellent relations with EU
  • Relaxed restrictions on foreign ownership
  • Fantastic Infrastructure
  • Many direct flights from the UK & Europe
  • 3 hours from UK / less than 2 from Europe
  • Great weather all year round

I go on holiday to Tunisia once a year and i think it is excellent especially for late winter sun. We go in October half term and the weather is just right for children and they can still play in the sea and pools but not get too much sun.

I too will be offering this development very shortly and will also be going to have a look when we are there in October. Hopefully get some pics etc...

Our company has been established in Tunisia since 2006. We are the only British registered estate agency with Arabic, English and French speaking staff based in the UK and in Tunisia. We assist many customers in the buying process in Tunisia whether it be villas, apartments or building your own on a plot of land. We also work very closely with Mayfair Developments who are the company behind The Dunes near to Port el Kantaoui. We cover the Sousse, Monastir and Nabeul/Hammamet/Beni Khiar areas. We have a sister website, which has also been running for two years describing expat life in Tunisia. For more information on our websites, The Tunisian House and No Marmite In Tunisia, please do not hesitate to email me through this site.

hi guy, getting money in and out of tunisia, is quite simple if you use a good moneybroker, and also a good developer and a lawyer will help you to set up a bank account.

so you need

a good foreign exchange company
a good developer
a good lawyer

with these 3 things in place there is no problem purchasing in Tunisia. My firm can help you with all of these things.

please email me if you want more information.

kind regards

Hi Guy

You can download the complete buyers guide for Tunisia from our website Overseas Property Hotspots - Tunisia or you can email me at lisa@overseaspropertyhotspots.com for more specific information if you wish.

The situation is good over there and getting money in an and out is very easy.

Thanks

Lisa

Lisa, i appreciate you trying to help me however i have been burned before and i would not do anything like this until i could see hard facts from the Tunisian Goverment stating that it is OK to do this. If i had done this before i would not of been affected.

Can you furnish me with this information ?
