I wanna know if Indian Citizens can easily Buy Land In USA? Are they allowed to buy property there in US?? Please tell me something about it.

Any realtor in the USA will be happy to sell you the land. What you can do with it thereafter is a question. If you are in a position to invest $1.000.000 into the USA (including finance) and create employment for 10 USA nationals, you may qualify for a Green Card unfer the "Millionaire Visa" program. If this is what you are looking for, please let me know.

I think you will find you can buy property in almost any country.
Wether you can become a resident of that country whilst investing in it is highly unlikely.
This may not apply to all countries but it would certainly apply to a few including the USA.

Besides the millionaire visa, it depends on your foreign national status. If you do have a green card, then you can buy property in the US.

Hi Joe,

I actually don't think that you need to have a green card for buying property in US. You need a green card to be able to stay there for longer time, but if you are just buying an investment property, you can buy it in US as well as in most of the countries around the world - just as a foreigner.
