dunas beach resort is an excellent investment!!!! however requires a large cash down payment, there are other developments that require a smaller down payment for instance creola sands with 4front

you can purchase a similiar apartment with only 6000 euros cash. . . however this will also mean larger monthly mortgage payments which makes the dunas cash flow diagram look very appealing as it would with creola if there was a larger lump sum down. The guaranteed rental scheme actually covers your mortgage payments aswell as giving 5 weeks per year free use!!!
