You can take the apartment without a rental guarantee but it is still the same price 6% is not a written into the contract when the builder is appointing Champagne Management who will be associating the resort with the likes of hotels.com, travelocity and a few others. They realistically will make about 10%-15% on the apartments

You will also not find front line apartments on Boa Vista almost complete anywhere near the same price!!
