Dear Members

I am from a Singapore Real Estate Company and is seeking partners and investors to set up a property fund. I am using yahoo email for confidentiality purposes.

For a short introduction, we have gathered a portfolio of more than S$500 million worth of income generating industrial assets in Singapore yielding 8% and we will continue to acquire aggressively at about S$500 million every year. The mandate will be focused in Singapore.

We are now finalizing our prospectus to partners for the manager and investors for the property fund. We will then move into the selection of partners, currently there are 2 Singapore fundmanagers, 5 European property funds had expressed interest in forming the manager. I have 2 investors willing to invest millions into the property fund. Will share more to interested members.

I dont understand the need for confidentiality via a yahoo email address???

Why can´t you publish the details of the company you work for or a link to an online brochure / prospectus?

If the fund is as large as you say and you are actively seeking million dollar investors, surely you have some marketing material available or at the very least a website?

Thanks for your interest and reply but as I stated before, the prospectus is still been finalised with some fundmanagers. I do have properties and some interested investors but nothing is firmed up yet, so I am here to seek more interest.
