Incredible Investment In Malaysia

I´m not being funny - that´s the title of an SMS I just received from a colleague in Malaysia. He has a Capsquare 4+1 bedroom apartment of 4863 ft2 at RM 635 psf (total RM 3.088.005) - only cheap! cheap! if you have best part of a million US$.

However, a quick bit of research on iproperty.com shows that average rental rates are RM 4.20 psf at Capsquare which gives a gross rental yield of 10.36%. Furthermore, with Capsquare 2 being launched in January (if you believe the rumours) with prices of RM 1100 psf, you could make a killing on both the rental and the capital growth!

You heard it here first!
