We are looking to expand our partners network who could promote our projects worldwide. Developments include Red Sea areas esp around Hurghada to Marsa Alam, New Cairo available. All legal papers and permissions are checked and available to clients on request.

At the moment we can offer free accommodation for 2 nights plus cover up for transfers and organize viewing to all our developments as well as check up of all required documents.

Egypt offers freehold properties, except Sharm El Sheikh and South Sinai, stunning sea views in beachfront projects, more and more favorable investment environment and positive attitudes of the governemt towards DFI. Prices still extremely low in the Southern areas of Egypt and newly developed Cairo areas.

Please note that according to the new law, developers have to deposit 40% of the value of the project to a special account - an alternative to escrow accounts that makes investment conditions even better.
