How it works

We have residential investment properties that are leased to Housing New Zealand. They are the New Zealand Government Agency for social housing and they sign a lease for 10 years with a 5 year right of renewal (right of renewal at their option). The programme has been operating successfully for a number of years.

How Much Do I need?

Each property has a different price dependent on location and number of bedrooms. Contact us for details.

What are the returns?

These are dependent on the rentals and cost of the property and can be as much as 6.5% not including long term capital growth.

Does New Zealand have any capital gains tax?
