I think not - there have been rumours for several years but nothing appears likely in the present economic climate. The developement opposite calls itself Village Marina and their brochures showed a marina to the west of the present "marina" but that project was turned down. The "marina" is owned by the govrnment who would like someone to take over and turn it into a proper marina but it's too small to be viable by itself.

Hi All

I am trying to get some information on the condominium. I have send an email to allyear.management and hope to get some info soon.

In the meantime I would like to know if anybody has a copy of their contract, the annual budget and the minutes of meeting of the last annual meeting.

Does anybody use the satellite dish already and which satellite is it aimed at? In some places I even see two satellite dishes?

Sofar I have noticed that the pool area is maintained well. The number of chairs is however everywhere different.
I have seen a cleaning crew in the hallway and I must say they did a very bad job. When they left you did not see any differance.

Also in my hallway it is clear that it was never inspected, because there is still dirt from the building on the floor, some small holes in wall and ceiling, gluestains on the utility door frames and lack of kit on the same.

I assume the condominum must do the inspection.

It can all be rectified in an hour our so but I like to know if someone had the same problem and how it was resolved.

The guys in the sales shop are very nice and fixed all our things very quickly, but I donot know if I should ask them concernig condominium things.

Cheers
Wim

Try Natalia, she is the on site cleaning supervisor for AYM and can resolve your cleaning issues. She may also put you in touch with whoever you need to speak to in AYM. Her number is 00 351 916 566 197.

Hi Howard,
I'm not going for Easter but my 14 year old has an eatra week off. So he and I are going to take a sneaky week to play some golf. We're out 13th but not until late do you have an early flight.
Also does anyone have any ideas when this years AGMs will be.
Lisa

Heard back from our AGM which was quite positive. Couple of things which might be of interest to owners is that a discount card to hotel for both owners and guests is being negotiated (discount already available to owners only) and also ferry discounts or complimentary travel from in front of hotel for owners and guests is being discussed. Hopefully these will materialise. Anyone else had their AGM as yet?
