Are those prices on thousands of Portugal real estate ads on the web fake or real?

Hi all. Well i paid for a three bedroom house in need of minor work standing in six acres 80000 pounds direct from the owner.On four english websites,english agents had the same property 135000 pounds.THAT IS A BIG PROFIT.

Over 60% increase? You should put here which agents had those prices because that is a robbery!

In Portugal the normal share used by portuguese agents is usually 3 to 5%. So 84.000 would be an acceptable profit. At least for internal business.
