Has anyone resevered on this devlopment and if so have you been to the area?

This is being promoted by R2I and looks pretty good.

OK, third time lucky !

I think this development has sold out now. It's only small but I would be interested to hear from any other buyers on their plans for completion, renting/furniture etc.

Do a bit o research on R2I, starting with Singing Pig.

Thanks for the tip, I do use the Singing Pig site and am aware of concerns surrounding
R2I. I think their worst problems have been with land deals and property that failed to get planning.

On this one I have visited the site and work started in March (I bought Nov. 07) Its in a great spot and I went on my own instincts rather than R2I claims, although since I bought the prices did go up 10% and has since sold out.

Nothing is ever certain in off plan but so far this is going OK.

You say the development has sold out, but I've just done a google search and several agencies are still offering properties for sale. I doubt that ALL their websites are out of date !.
