Cool where to buy on the silver coast

Hi

I'm thinking about buying a property on the silver coast. Does anyone have any recomendations in terms of where the hotspots are? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

It depends on your reason for purchasing . If it is for your own personal use then you will know the right place when you see it , on the other hand if it is for an investment then you are better off to look at off-plan and probably in the Nazare or S. Martinho do Porto area as these are the main "hotspots" of the Silver Coast. If you would like to discuss properties and location that may suit you please call me 00351918022856 as I am based on Silver Coast .

You have Figueira da Foz too.

It´s a beach area and one of the hotspots of the silver coast. It much depends on the kind of investment as said and if it´s for personal use, if you prefer a beach house, a more isolated one or other personal requirements.

It depends what you want, but without doubt, the best area has to be south of Obidos Lagoon. By 2012 there will be 4 five star golf courses within 5 min drive of each other. Furthermore, planning constraints are strict as it is a protected natural area. Once the golf courses are complete and there's no more building - prices will only go one way.
Alot of the resorts are getting expensive now with Royal Obidos charging euros 395,000 for a 2 bed apartment!
For fantastic value -look at Lagoon Village within the Perola da Lagoa resort. Prices are very reasonable at are approx half the price of Royal Obidos (price per sq metre).

The most picture perfect place I would recommend São Martinho do Porto. Its unique. Google it and see the photos. Now bare in mind its a small town.

Default Sao Martinho Campsite

Hi
I am buying off-plan in Sao Martinho - it looks a lovely resort and I'm quite excited - except - I was told that the campsite - by the beach and right opposite my apartment - was due to be relocated and the site to become more dunes - a nature reserve of sorts. I've tried to understand translations of various local websites which seem to be discussing this matter but does anyone know what is happening?
