Building permit in Algarve

Hello everyone,
I wonder if any one can help me or tell me someone who can, we bought a plot of land in Almadena portugal,3 years ago got building permission for a villa up to 350 sq mtrs,then 10 months ago we was told it got turned down because part of the land is national agricultural reserve, and part is national ecological reserve, can anybody help.

Hello Alexander

In fact if the land is integrated in National Agricultural or Ecological reserve, you need a large plot to build a small house.
