Have just bought a new large one bed apartment in Albufeira and am interested in letting it out long term maybe 6 or 12 months, where would be the best place to advertise and what is the going rate for the area, does anybody have any advice.

Dear Sir,
We are based in the Portimao area, close to Albufeira and are renting out appartments. I´m willing to rent your appartment out. Rentall prive would be around the 400 euros per month. Renting during summertime is the same per week. All depends the area of course. Further we take care of the contracts. You have to be carefull for this. By no good contracts it will be diffecult to get the renters out, or receiving rent if they dont pay te rent. The Portuguese law is different. We take care of good contracts.
