Thanks for reply.
Are land prices falling per sq/m also?
In your view what % fall has their been?
I only ask as i have a small 406sq/m plot i bought feb07 & am trying to get planning permission on it for 3 X 90>100sq/m apartments.
Are houses & apartments now taking a long time to sell?
Is anything selling offplan still?
Cheers
