I wondered if anyone could help. My fiorm is looking for a fantastic Development Director who has experience of high grade £multi million residential projects. Must have:
• Has experience throughout the development cycle – evaluation, master planning, land buying, planning, construction tendering, managing project managers, target setting, marketing, completion.

• Has international experience and, particularly working in countries that are not first world, highly developed, for instance Eastern European and Middle Eastern, Morocco - emerging market countries.
